What is an Approved Provider
Approved Providers play a vital role at WOSHC The Approved Provider is the person or organisation that has been granted approval by the relevant state regulatory authority to operate an education and care service, such as an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, under the National Quality Framework. The Approved Provider is legally responsible for ensuring the service meets all legislative, regulatory, and quality requirements. the Parents & Citizens (P&C) Association acts as the Approved Provider. In this role, the P&C Association has overall responsibility for the governance, management, and operation of the service. Wondall Heights State School P & C – Parents & Citizens Association
P&C PRESIDENT – APPROVED PROVIDER
The President of the Parents & Citizens Association is dedicated to supporting our school and OSHC community through strong leadership, collaboration, and advocacy. Working closely with families, educators, and community members, they help to guide initiatives that enhance the experiences and opportunities available to children and their families.
The 2026 P&C President is Phil Carr.
General Manager
The General Manager is the link between the WOSHC Service, the School, and the P&C. They are responsible for ensuring effective communication, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across all areas of the service. Their commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment helps ensure that WOSHC remains a valued and trusted part of the school community.
The General Manager is Angela Luke.
